Preparation Instructions

• Open can and discard oxygen absorber.
• Add to any recipe calling for butter. Use in sauces, soups, mashed potatoes, sprinkle on cooked vegetables, popcorn, or baked potatoes.
• When using as a dry ingredient, increase liquid by 3 tablespoons for every cup of butter powder.
• Best to use as a dry ingredient but can be rehydrated by mixing 1 1/2 tablespoons of water with 1/2 cup butter powder to make a spreadable mixture that can be spread on waffles or pancakes. Mix with some Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder to make a delicious garlic spread.
